Order Confirmation

* Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
* We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Order Changes & Cancellation

* Once an order has been confirmed and booked, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or exchanged. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Processing & Dispatch

* All confirmed orders are dispatched within 4–5 working days from our dispatch section.
* Sundays and public holidays are excluded from the processing and dispatch timeline.
* If there is any unforeseen delay, we will inform the customer promptly.

Shipping Charges

* We currently do not offer free shipping. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

* Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email (if an email address was provided at the time of placing the order), allowing you to track your shipment in real time.
